78ccbb21cd change(servers.json): change provider names 
- From `pia` to `private internet access`
- From `perfectprivacy` to `perfect privacy`
- From `vpnunlimited` to `vpn unlimited`
- This is done to match string constants in the code for another refactor
- Reset each of these providers servers version to `1`.
