4bd16373f2 fix(torguard): update OpenVPN configuration 
- add aes-128-gcm and aes-128-cbc ciphers
- add extra CA certificate value
- remove mssfix option
- remove sndbuf and rcvbuf ption
- remove ping option
- remove reneg option
