Automatically adds missing impact and remediation fields to CVE templates using ProjectDiscovery API.

- Runs on PRs modifying CVE YAML files
- Fetches data from api.projectdiscovery.io
- Minimal dependencies (requests only)
- Commits directly to PR branch
