Dwi Siswanto 43572a48ad feat(http): add RFC-9111 cache w/ per-request disable 
* wrap HTTP transports with sandrolain/httpcache
  and expose global `--no-http-cache` flag.
* allow templates to set `disable-http-cache`.
* bump Go to 1.25.3.
